2. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older. Your order is an offer which we accept when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices include VAT at the current UK rate. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept major cards, PayPal and Klarna.

4. Delivery

In-stock items are despatched within 5–10 working days. Made-to-order items have a lead time of 4–6 weeks. Free delivery is included on all UK mainland orders. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns & Cancellations

In-stock items may be returned within 60 days in original, unused condition. Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b)). Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in full.

6. Warranty

All products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
